Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 100 pounds.
The pet deposit is $300 for 1 pet and $200 for 2 pets.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet.
